Please note!! * Your registration is not complete until payment has been received in full. * Payment has to be received before the deadline date of each change of fee. * It is mandatory to submit a profile photo for the conference badge. Without photo ID it will not be possible to get access to the Gathering premises. Refund Policy Prior to April 30, 2010, it is possible to cancel the registration and receive a refund, minus a non-refundable $25 processing fee per person. After April 30, 2010, there will be no refunds. Refunds must be requested in writing or by email to registration@ikaa.org. No refunds will be made online.
WHO CAN REGISTER
* Korean adoptees 18 years and older. * Their spouses/partners and their children. * Some events during the Gathering will be open to Korean nationals, adoption agency professionals, and other guests. Separate fees and registration forms will be available after January 2010. DEADLINE: JULY 15 2010 All registrations are subject to availability on a first come, first serve basis.
