ONLINE REGISTRATION
| 1. | Go to the "Online Registration" page and add to the shopping cart (the number can be changed in the shopping cart). | |
| 2. | Go to "Shoppingcart" page and confirm your order. | |
| 3. | Sign up for an account - Please note that you will not be able to log in with any previous account! | |
| 4. | You will receive an activation email. Click on the link in the email to activate your account. Go back to your shopping cart and sign in with your username and password. |

| 5. | Enter the invoice address and email | |
| 6. | Enter your preferred payment method: |
|
| 1) Check OR payment through local IKAA association |

| 2) Bank transfer |
||
| 3) PayPal (a processing fee is added to the Paypal option (cf. Payment options) | ||
| Please note! If you pay by PayPal you will be directed to the PayPal website. After you have completed the transaction make sure you press the "Return to Merchant" button when you complete the PayPal transaction. This will return you to the Gathering site and make sure that you receive a confirmation message. |

| 7. | Confirm your order | |
| 8. | Once you have completed and submitted your online registration form, you will receive an automated confirmation: “Your order has been saved”. If you do NOT receive this message at the end, your order may not have been registered. Please contact the Registration Committee. | |
| 9. | First when your payment has been registered, you will receive an official email from the Registration Committee. If you pay through a local IKAA association, your registration order will be forwarded to that association. Please send an email to the Registration Committee, once your payment has been transferred to the local association. |
