The Second International Symposium on Korean Adoption Studies

Open to the general public.
Per person: KRW 50,000
Student (with valid ID card that has to be presented on site): KRW 25,000

Payment on site. Pre-registration recommended. Will open soon.
Print e-ticket and present it at the registration desk no later than 30 min. before the event.

To register for the Research Symposium:
1. Go to the online registration
2. Log in if you already have an IKAA account
3. In the "Preferred price category" choose "External Guest" or "External Student"
4. Follow instructions
5. When the registration has been completed correctly, you will receive a link to download your e-ticket.
6. Print out the e-ticket and present it during registration at the Lotte Hotel.

Adoptee World Cup

(Registration for players who are not registered for the whole Gathering)
August 6th and 7th (8 am - Noon)

Open to Korean Adoptee Players who have been accepted on one of the competing teams.
KRW 60,000

For spectators, the event is free.
Players who are only registered for the World Cup will NOT be able to attend any other Gathering function.

KRW 15,000 per day.

Poker Tournament

Tuesday August 3th, Noon - 5 pm
Poker Room at the Sheraton Walker Hill Casino

The poker tournament is open to all Gathering participants including spouses, but in order to play, participants have to pay a tournament fee.
Tournament Fee: KRW 100,000
Payment at the IKAA registration desk during check-in.

Concurrent Sessions

Pre-registration for workshops and sessions is ONLY available to registered Gathering participants. While pre-registration is not necessary, it is highly recommended to ensure that you get a seat in your preferred workshop and will help us determine which workshops will need space for a larger audience. Seats will be subject to availability and those who pre-register will be given preference for entry.
