How to register

ONLINE REGISTRATION

A new event registration system has just been launched. Registrants will from now on receive an e-ticket that has to printed and presented at the Gathering Registration Desk. For those, who have already signed up through the old system, an e-ticket will be sent by email by Mid June.

1.		Go to the "New Order" page

2.		If you already have an account, please log in first. (Your previous account may have been deactivated due to the implementation of our new system. If that is the case, continue fill out the registration form.

3.		Select your number of tickets.

4.		Select ticket types

5.		Enter your preferred payment method:
		1) Bank Check (or payment through local IKAA association)
		2) PayPal
		Please note! If you pay by PayPal you will be directed to the PayPal website. After you have completed the transaction make sure you press the "Return to Merchant" button when you complete the PayPal transaction. This will return you to the Gathering site and make sure that you receive a confirmation message and will be directed to your e-ticket download page.
		Please note! If you pay by Bank Check (or through local IKAA association), you do NOT have to pay the $8 handling fee, even if the handling fee is automatically added to the order. Just pay the amount without the fee.

7.		Fill out the personal information.

8.		You will receive an email containing instructions on how to finalize the order. Please note! You need to confirm your email adresse within 20 minutes.

9.		Confirm your order.

10.		You will be directed to your personal reservation page where you can download your e-ticket.
		Please note: The e-ticket has to be PRINTED and PRESENTED during registration for the Gathering to get the Gathering ID BADGE that allows you into the Gathering premises. The e-ticket does not replace the ID Badge.

11.		First when your payment has been registered, you will receive an official email from the Registration Committee. If you pay through a local IKAA association, your registration order will be forwarded to that association. Please send an email to the Registration Committee, once your payment has been transferred to the local association.

		Please note: Registration is not complete until full payment has been received.
